problem:
There are snacks in the reservoir but no snacks are dispensing .
solution:
• Irregular-shaped snacks may have bunched at the funnel opening .
gently tilt or tap the unit to alleviate any bunching .
• Due to high temperature or high humidity, snacks may have bunched together .
Move the unit to a cooler location .
note: for best performance when using irregular-shaped snacks,
only fill the reservoir to half capacity.
