- Page 7 DISPLAY CONNECTIONS AND ADJUSTMENTS: If you have any problems connecting, setting up, or operating the display, please refer to the Troubleshooting section of this guide. VIDEO INPUT 1 - DVI-I Connector: For Analog Video input, connect the DVI-A connector of the video cable to the DVI-I connector on the rear of the display and the other end to the HD15 connector on the computer.

BRIGHTNESS/CONTRAST CONTROLS: BRIGHTNESS: Adjusts the overall image and background screen brightness. CONTRAST: Adjusts the image brightness in relation to the background. AUTO CONTRAST (ANALOG INPUT ONLY): Adjust the image displayed for non-standard video inputs. AUTO BRIGHTNESS: This function adjusts the brightness automatically for the best CONTRAST and BRIGHTNESS setting based on the white display area. - Page 9 VIDEO DETECT: Selects the method of video detection when more than one computer is connected. FIRST DETECT: The video input has to be switched to “FIRST DETECT” mode. When the current video input signal is not present, the monitor searches for a video signal from the other video input. If the video signal is present in the other port, then the monitor will automatically switch to the new video source.
- Page 10 CLEANING AND CARE OF PROTECTIVE DISPLAY LENS: • Always damp-dust the acrylic protective lens. For best results, mix a solution of one teaspoon of mild dishwashing liquid and one pint of water. Apply this solution with spray bottle and wipe dry with a clean cotton cloth.
