11. Touch Download Settings. Modify how
your phone downloads email. When
finished, select Back.
12. After entering your settings, select Back to
return to Email Accounts.
Note: An * (asterisk) designates settings that
are required in order to send and receive email.
For more information, contact your service
provider.
Remove an Email Account
1. From Email Accounts, highlight an
account you have configured.
2. Touch Clear to remove the account from
your phone.
3. Touch Yes to confirm.
Note: Removing an email account will delete
all email associated with that account from
your phone.
Complete an Email Message in Drafts
1. From Drafts, highlight your desired
message.
2. Select Edit.
3. Complete your email message.
View Pending Email Messages
From Outbox, you can view email messages
that you have created, but not sent to your
outgoing mail server. To modify an email
message, highlight it and select Edit.

View Sent Email Messages
From Sent, you can view email messages that
you have sent to your outgoing mail server.
Erase a Single Email Message
1. When viewing an email message, select
More icon > Delete.
2. Touch Yes to confirm.
Erase Email Messages from a Folder
• When viewing an email folder, select More
icon > Delete All to erase all the email
messages in that folder.
• Touch Yes to confirm.
Note: You cannot recover deleted information.
