Push the reset button to switch the dis-
play between the ambient temperature
mode "Air", the instantaneous fuel con-
sumption mode "km/L" or "L/100 km"
and the average fuel consumption
mode "AV_ _._ km/L" or "AV_ _._ L/100
km" in the following order:
Air → km/L or L/100 km → AV_ _._
km/L or AV_ _._ L/100 km → Air

1. Ambient temperature
This display shows the ambient tem-
perature from –9 °C to 50 °C in 1 °C in-
crements. The temperature displayed
may vary from the ambient tempera-
ture.

If the ambient temperature falls be-
low –9 °C, a lower temperature
than –9 °C will not be displayed.

If the ambient temperature climbs
above 50 °C, a higher temperature
than 50 °C will not be displayed.

Instantaneous fuel consumption mode
1. Instantaneous fuel consumption
The instantaneous fuel consumption
display can be set to either "km/L" or
"L/100 km".

The accuracy of the temperature
reading may be affected when
riding slowly (approximately under
20 km/h) or when stopped at traffic
signals, railroad crossings, etc.
When the display is set to "km/L",
the distance that can be traveled
on 1.0 L of fuel under the current
riding conditions is shown.
When the display is set to "L/100
km", the amount of fuel necessary
to travel 100 km under the current
riding conditions is shown.
