Troubleshooting Guide

The following are examples of potential problems. Completely read
through this manual and the troubleshooting guide table before calling Kid
Trax Toys Consumer Relations. If you still need help resolving the problem

Kid Trax Toys recommends that you take the vehicle to an authorized
service center for periodic maintenance and service.

Possible Cause
Battery low on power
Thermal fuse has
tripped
Wheel nuts are loose
Battery connector or
wires are loose
Battery is dead
Electrical system is
damaged
Motor is damaged
Battery is under
charged
Remedy
Recharge battery (see
Battery: Recharge Interval and
Time)
Turn product off for fifteen
minutes to allow thermal
fuse to cool and return to
operational status.
Tighten wheel nuts (see
Maintenance: General)
Check that the battery
connectors are firmly plugged
into each other. If wires are
loose around the motor call
