    Safety WARNING! The user must follow all safety rules and guidelines below or serious injury or death may occur to the user of the Pedal Quad: • Always use common sense and safe practices when using the vehicle. The user must be 3 years old and up, and weigh no more than 50 lbs (22.7kg).

    User Requirements The suitable age range for a child using the Pedal Quad is 3 years old and up. The maximum weight of the child is 50 lbs (22.7kg). Before using the Pedal Quad the child must understand the vehicle controls and safety issues.

    Parts Handle Bar / Steering Column (1) Required Tools: • Flat Head screwdriver • Phillips Head screwdriver • Spanner Pedal Quad Body Includes: (2) Wheels, (2) Hubcaps, (2) Washers, (2) Locknuts, (1) Drive Plate - for RH side only Drive Plate (RH side only) Front Frame Assembly Includes: (2) Wheels, (2) Hubcaps, (2) Washers, (2) Locknuts...

    Assembly Attach the Front Wheels front frame assembly (RH side) front axle Place the wheel on the front axle. Place the washer on the front axle. Place the locknut on the front axle and tighten with the spanner. Align the hubcap to the raised locating bumps and insert the hubcap into the wheel.

    Attach the Rear Wheels pedal quad body (RH side) rear axle Place the wheel on the rear axle. Place the washer on the rear axle. Place the locknut on the rear axle and tighten with the spanner. Align the hubcap to the raised locating bumps and insert the hubcap into the wheel.

    Attach the Front Frame Assembly Pedal Quad Body plastic molded screw front frame assembly large hole front wheel link Slide the plastic molded screw, located under the front of the pedal quad body, into the large hole located in the middle of the front wheel assembly.

    Attach the Hood hood fitting hood pedal quad body hood insert Align the hood fitting located inside the hood with the hood insert located on the top of the pedal quad body. Press down until you hear a click.

    Insert Batteries for Sound CAUTION! The following safety hazards may result in personal injury to the user of the Pedal Quad: Contact or exposure to battery leakage (lead acid) may cause personal injury. If contact or exposure occurs immediately call your physician.

    Attach the Handle Bars/Steering Column handle bar/steering column hood steering column hole Slide the steering column into the steering column hole at the top of the hood.

    Attach the Back Splash Guards back splash guard alignment hole screw back splash guard alignment post seat alignment post seat alignment hole Insert the seat alignment post into the back splash guard hole. Insert the back splash alignment posts located on the inside of the back splash guard into the seat alignment holes.

    Important! Before using the Pedal Quad an adult must read and understand the instructions in this manual. The child must meet the requirements outlined in this manual and understand how to use the vehicle. Read the Safety Warnings in this manual before using the Pedal Quad.

    Maintenance General The vehicle should be checked for damage, missing or badly worn parts before each use. • Check the tightness of the fasteners before each use. • Occasionally use lightweight oil to lubricate moving metal parts such as wheels and steering linkage. Do not use oil on plastic or nylon parts.

    Warranty One-Year Limited Warranty Pacific Cycle, Inc. (PC) warrants this product to the original retail purchaser as follows: The vehicle is warranted against defective materials or workmanship for one year from the date of original purchase. An original receipt is required to validate your warranty. PC will, at its option, provide replacement parts or replace this product.
