Something not working

Problems may be due to causes which can easily be solved before calling the Thecnical Service.
Please follow these instructions:

A) INTERNAL LIGHT
1. Inner Light (Refrigerator
Compartment does not
work.
B) PERFORMANCE
1. The appliance does not
cool down sufficiently.
2. Food gets frozen in the
fridge.
3. The motor does not stop
working.

• Appliance unplugged.
• Product not switched on.
• No power supply reaching the
fridge.
• The bulb is not fitted properly
or has fused.
• Doors not properly closed.
• A door has been opened
frequently.
• Temperature control in
inappropriate position.
• Food has been introduced.
• Temperature control in
incorrect position.
• Food too close to ventilation
holes at the back.
• Temperature control in
incorrect position.
• Door not properly closed.
• Doors opened frequently.
• Food has been loaded recently.
• Condensor dirty.

• Plug the appliance in.
• Switch on.
• Check the main fuse box of your
house.
• Screw it in properly or fit a new
bulb.
• Close the doors.
• Avoid frequent opening if
possible.
• Change position as required.
• The appliance will cool down in
due course.
• Change position as required.
• Leave a small gap.
• Change as required.
• Close door correctly.
• Avoid if possible.
• Wait for the appliance to come
back to normal.
• Clean (read section on cleaning
the condensor).
