Before starting the freezer, follow these important first steps: First Steps Installation g08d0006 • Choose a place that is near a grounded electrical outlet. • For the most efficient operation, the freezer should be located where surrounding temperatures will not exceed 110°F (43°C). Temperatures of 32°F (0°C) and below will NOT affect freezer operation. -

Cool Down Period Setting the For safe food storage, allow 4 hours for the freezer to cool down completely. The Temperature Control freezer will run continuously for the first several hours.
