Potato Gratin Auto Cook Sequence

INGREDIENTS
Butter
Potatoes, peeled and
thinly sliced
Onion, peeled and finely
chopped
Streaky Bacon, chopped
Single Cream
Grated Cheese
Salt and Pepper
Tomato Slices
Parsley, chopped
Approx. Total Weight of
Food (excluding dish)

Microwave and heat proof casserole or deep flan dish.

Method
1. Use some of the butter to grease the inside of the
dish.
2. Place half of the potato slices in the dish, add the
onion, bacon and half of the cheese. Place the
remaining potatoes on the top.
3. Pour over the cream and sprinkle on the
remaining cheese. Dot with any remaining butter.
4. Place the dish on the turntable.
