The Flash Link is guaranteed against defects in material and workmanship for a
period of 1 year from the original date of purchase. If you require service, please
make sure to obtain a return authorization # by contacting the authorized service
center in your country or to the USA service facility at the address provided
below.
Once you have a return authorization #, ship the Flash Link, freight prepaid, to
the authorized service center in your country or to the USA service facility at the
address provided below.
Please include a letter describing the problem, your return address (No PO Box),
phone number and a copy of your original purchase receipt.
