Memory Guard

Prohibits setting changes to prevent careless changes being made to the settings of the
"Setup" menu, YPAO, and SCENE.
Settings
Off (Default)
Settings are not protected.
Prohibits changes to the settings in the "Setup" menu until it is returned
On
to "Off." During memory guard, the protection icon (
upper right on the TV monitor.
• If you try to set the protected items, "Memory Guard! (Memory Guard!)" is displayed on the front display and
TV monitor.

Set the settings on HDMI functions.

Enable or disable the HDMI control (p.87).
Settings
Off (Default)
On
When "HDMI Control" is set to "On," "TV Audio Input," "ARC," "Standby Sync" and
"SCENE" can be set.
• When "HDMI Control" is set to "On," "Audio Output" (p.70) or "Standby Through" (p.71) is automatically fixed
to "Control Sync" and cannot be set manually.
Disables the HDMI control function.
Enables the HDMI control function.
