The system unit is composed of the following major components:

Keyboard Controller
• ENE KB910 B4 is used for keyboard controller, battery management unit, and RTC.
Memory

• Two JEDEC standard 200-pin, 2.5V DDR I SO-DIMM memory support for
256MB/512MB/1024MB/2048MB.
• ROM BIOS for system and keyboard
• 1MB Flash ROM
• Slot: 2 SO-DIMM up to 1GB can be upgraded through memory expansion slot.
You need to remove existing SO-DIMM if SO-DIMM is installed in memory
expansion slot. Maximum upgradeable system memory depends on the model.
