Cause
• Set lens to minimum
aperture.
• Have fresh ones ready.
• Turn the power off and
replace batteries with
new ones.
• Replace batteries with
new ones or recharge
batteries and turn the
power on again. If this
warning appears
frequently, contact
authorized Nikon dealer
or service center.
• Attach CPU lens (except
IX/DX-Nikkor). With a
non-CPU lens, set the
exposure mode to A or
M and set the aperture
with lens' aperture ring.
• Reload film.
• Load DX-coded film or
set the film speed
manually.
• Remove the film
cartridge.
• Rewind film by
pressing the two film
rewind buttons „.
• Focus manually.
