The GPS receiver receives this data and calculates its own geographical position on the basis of the information transmitted by the various satellites.

User’s manual NAVIGON 92 Plus | 92 Premium | 92 Premium Live Note: In order for the last connection to be restored without further questioning, the navigation device must be saved in your mobile phone as "authorised" or "authorised device" (the exact wording can vary from manufacturer to manufacturer).
The data connection is set up by mobile radio. The SIM card needed for this is inserted in the navigation device (refer to "SIM card" on page 11). It can be used only for the NAVIGON Live services and is blocked for all other services (telephone, SMS, MMS etc.).

Many services are used automatically without any change to the operation of the navigation device compared to the version without NAVIGON Live services.
