Trouble Shooting

Possible Problem
Solution
Remove your Sansa from the dock and check for
obstruction on the connectors in the dock and on your
Sansa. Then reseat it in the dock.
Please make sure your Sansa is working properly before
docking into the unit. Please refer to your Sansa manual for
details.
Decrease the volume
If the Sansa original sound source (MP3) is of poor quality,
distortion and noise are easily noticed with high-power
speakers. Try a different audio source such as a music CD.
Try turning bass boost OFF on your Sansa/ sound source.
Point the Remote Control toward the TS70, move within 10
feet of the unit, make sure sensor is unobstructed
Replace current remote control battery with new battery
Remove your Sansa layer from the dock while listening to
the radio
