pan can catch on fire if the oven is used without
removing the grease from the broiler pan.
Make sure the broiler pan is in place correctly
to reduce the possibility of grease fires.
If you should have a grease fire in the broiler
pan, turn the oven off and keep
closed to contain the fire until it bums out.
Keep the range clean and free of accumulations
of grease or spillovers, which may ignite.
Never leave jars or cans of fat drippings on or
near your range.

is essential for a good seal. Be careful not to rub,
damage or move the gasket.
Flooring under the Range
Your range, like so many other household items,
is heavy and can settle into soft floor coverings
such as cushioned vinyl or carpeting. When moving
the range on this type of flooring, use care, and it is
recommended that these simple and inexpensive
instructions be followed.
Leveling the Range
Use a 1 %" open-end or adjustable wrench to equally
back out the four legs. The flanges (rims) below the
sides of the cooktop must be raised above the top of
the countertop. Carefully slide the range into its
installation space. Observe that it is clearing the
countertop. Then place a spirit level or a glass
measuring cup partially filled with water on one
of the ov;n sheives to ;heck for levelness.
