Seat Removal/Installation - Honda NT700V Owner's Manual

SEAT
Removal:
1. Open the left saddlebag (page 73).
2. Pull the lever (1) and up the seat (2) to
unlock the seat catch (3). Then pull the
seat to back side.
3. Remove the fuel tank rubber (4).
To avoid possible damage to the seat, do not
drag or hit the seat.
Installation:
1. Install the fuel tank rubber.
2. Insert the front prong (5) into the recess
(6) under the frame and the rear prongs
(7) into the rear stays (8) on the frame.
Then push down on the rear of the seat.
3. Close the left saddlebag (page 73).
Be sure the seat is locked securely in
position after installation.
