Printing Reports

1. Load plain paper into the main tray.
2. Select K Fax from the Home menu, and
then press x Menu.
3. Press r, and then press Fax Report.
4. Press l or r to navigate between the
pages, and then press one of these
options:
❏ Fax Log
❏ Last Transmission
❏ Speed Dial List
❏ Group Dial List
❏ Reprint Faxes
❏ Protocol Trace
5. If you select anything other than Fax
Log, go to step 6. Press Print to print
the Fax Log.
Note:
You can also check the Fax Log on the LCD
screen.
Press View, and then press l or r to flip
between records.
6. Press x Start to print the report you
selected.
7. Press Home to return to the first screen.
