Choke Control Choke is usually unnecessary when restarting a warm engine. Use of the choke may be needed for cold starts or if the exceed unit does not start while pressing the Exceed Switch. Press the choke button (not more than 10 seconds) while pressing the Exceed switch and release when the Exceed unit starts.

EXCEED HYBRID UNIT by E-Z-GO The Exceed Hybrid unit is a fully integrated supplemental power source. Get up to 150 miles on a single charge and benefit from the convenience of an on-board generator and 120 volt, three prong power outlet. It has sufficient power output to maintain or even recharge the batteries while you are driving, if your average speed is below about 16 MPH and your vehi- cle is lightly loaded.

CLEANING AND CARE Cleaning To reduce the possibility of severe injury or vehicle damage, read and understand all instructions supplied by manufacturer of pressure washer.
Oil change must be performed through the dipstick tube using a pump. Contact E-Z-GO service parts for oil pump or purchase locally. If vehicle is to be stored over winter months, it can be stored with old oil left in engine. The oil should be changed as part of spring maintenance.

Adjusting The Belt Loosen the generator pivot bolt. While holding the lower adjusting nut with a wrench, loosen the upper jam nut with another wrench. Move the lower nut up or down the adjustment bolt until proper belt tension is achieved.
