The large display includes systolic, diastolic and pulse measurements, all clearly shown at the completion of each reading. -

Applying the Arm Cuff 1. Plug the cuff connector tube (A) into the unit. 2. Unwrap the arm cuff, leaving the “Index” end of the cuff through the metal D-ring (B) of the cuff. 3. Put your left arm through the cuff loop. The “OK” range indication should be positioned at the top with the rubber tube pointing downward in the direction of your forearm. -

Please consult your local retailer for the purchase of a larger cuff ® or visit the Health o meter website at www.healthometer.com. Sit in a chair with your feet flat on the floor. Rest your left arm on a table so that the arm cuff is at the same level as your heart. -

3. When cuff pressure reaches your approximate systolic blood pressure, measurement will be complete and will be followed by the release of cuff pressure. When the monitor completes the measurement, it will automatically display and store the systolic, diastolic and pulse reading into memory. The last 90 measurement readings will be saved into memory. -
