emoving the inner door glass for cleaning
o To facilitate cleaning, the inner door glass can be lifted out of the
oven door.
Open the do
o
of the door. You should use a screwdriver to remove the screws
and the strip that goes along the top of the oven door.
Using both hands pull the inner door glass out of the ov
o
o IMPORTANT: When the inner door glass is removed from
the door, then the door springs will be under higher
tension than normal. Therefore you should gently close
the oven door, taking care not to trap your fingers.
The oven door glass should only be cleaned with warm soa
o
water, using either a sponge or soft cloth. These should not have
come into contact with any other chemical previously. Do not
use any abrasive cleaner that could cause damage to the glass.
Remember that if the surface of the glass panel becomes
o
scratched, this could lead to a dangerous failure.
When refitting, make sure that the glass is correct
o
the door recess and the correct way round. You should slide the
door glass back into its original position.
Using a screwdriver fully tighten the screw
o
that you removed, to the top of the oven door.
