Potential Causes
No restricted keys are programmed to the
vehicle. See Creating a MyKey (page 49).
Purchase a new key from your authorized
dealer.
Program a spare key. See Keyless Starting
(page 137).
The engine recognizes an admin key fob when
you start your engine.
The vehicle system does not recognize any
programmed MyKeys. See Creating a MyKey
(page 49).
The intended user is not using the restricted
key.
An admin key-equipped driver reset the MyKey
system.
