1. Press and touch
2. Press and then touch Filter to filter the inbox.

All: Displays all received email messages.

High importance: Displays the email messages with high importance.

With attachments: Displays all messages that have attachments.

Unread: Displays unread messages.
Note: Press and then touch Refresh to refresh the inbox.
Refresh an Email Account
Whatever your automatic synchronization settings are, you can also synchronize your sent and
received email messages manually at any time.
► While in the account you want to synchronize, press
Sort Email Messages
1. On the email account Inbox, press
2. Select from the options to sort email messages by date received, subject, sender, or size.
Delete an Email Message
1. On the email account Inbox, touch and hold the message you want to delete.
2. On the options menu, touch Delete and then touch OK.
Delete Multiple Email Messages
1. Touch the check boxes next to the messages you want to delete.
2. Touch Delete and then touch OK.
