In the extras section, you can visit the video gallery, view your statistics or see the awards you have earned.
In the video gallery you can view the "This is miCoach" video, along with the intro and Masterclass videos for
the athletes in the game. All intro videos will be unlocked from the start; Masterclasses are unlocked by doing
30 exercises with a particular athlete. The Masterclass videos contain tips from the professional athletes for their
respective sport. As a bonus, Jose Mourinho also features in his very own Masterclass, which is unlocked by doing
exercises with any athlete. Statistics shows a few choice statistics about your training. These can be both tracked (in
game) and untracked (logged activities or website workouts). Awards are split into two categories, collectables and
medals. Collectables are only ever awarded once and can be thought of as extra achievements. Medals are repeatable
and are awarded over and over again. When viewing a medal or collectable you will be able to see the criteria for
unlocking it, the progress you have made towards achieving it and on medals you can see how many times it has been
awarded. As awards and medals are given, a pop up will appear on screen informing you of the award.

Some exercises use an adidas Core Stability Gym Ball to make you work harder and dumbbells to introduce resistance.
If you have any of these, follow the trainer on the video in order to use them correctly when playing the game.
Heart rate monItorS (HrmS)
miCoach supports both adidas and third party ANT + USB dongles and ANT + HRMs. When using this extra equipment, your heart rate will be displayed
on-screen during gameplay sections. This should give you a better idea as to how hard you are working, and whilst not required for miCoach it will be a
great addition to your workout.
How to wear tHe Heart rate monItor
1. Clip on the monitor: Clip the HRM module to the two snaps on the textile strap.
2. Wet the sensors: Wet each of the electrodes on the back of the strap with water or HRM gel. Do not wet the area on the back of the HRM.
3. Center the electrodes: The electrodes should be centred on your chest, and the l and R indicators on the back of the module must be oriented
on the left and right side of your body. Secure the strap to your body.
4. Adjust the strap: Adjust the strap to fit tightly just below your pectoral muscles or breasts on your torso, against the skin.
If using heart rate sensing apparel: The Strap must be snuggly fitted and the sensor fabrics must be properly moistened in order
to pick up the heart rate.
5. Wear monitor for a few minutes: Wear your HRM strapped to your body for a few minutes prior to your workout.
If HRM still isn't detected: You may need to replace the battery or re-pair your HRM to your miCoach device.
