This fl ow chart checks whether the charger is faulty. (The battery is installed in the charger.)
START
LED check
The LED does not light, or the LED blinks red.
Is there contact with
the T terminal?
Yes
Is the voltage of B+
terminal 8.7V(Li-ion)/
9.4V(Ni-MH)?
Yes
Verify the AC adapter.
When a normal
condition is confirmed.
LED check
The LED does not light, or the LED blinks red.
The charger is abnormal.
Replace the charger.

TROUBLE SHOOTING

The LED lights red or green.
No
No
When an abnormal
condition is confirmed.
The LED lights red or green.
KSC-43
The charger is normal.
Contact the T terminal again,
or replace the T terminal.
The charger is abnormal.
Replace the charger.
The AC adapter is abnormal.
Replace the AC adapter.
The charger is normal.
