3 Troubleshooting
If you are unable to verify control of the PTZ camera, please do the following:
1.
Check that each device is properly powered.
2.
Check that all cables and cable connections are correct.
3.
Verify that the Dome addresses and Unit ID are correct.
4.
If the interface still does not work correctly contact Technical Support.
