LIMITED I YEARWARRANTY

TERMOFTHISWARRANTY:

This pressurewasheris warrantedto befree of defectsin materialsandworkmanshipundernormalresidentialusefor a periodof 1year. Thiswarrantyappliesto the

electricmotorandthe pumpfor 1year.(Normalwear andmaintenance itemssuchas the cord,GFCI breaker,wand,hose,tips, seals,and otherattachmentsare

warrantedfor 90 days.)Warrantyrepairswill be madewithout chargefor partsand laborfor the first 90 daysfrom the dateof purchase.After the first 90 days,this

limited warrantycoversthe costsof replacementpartson the pressure washer unit only. Any commercial,industrialor rental useof the productwill reducethe term of

this warrantyto 30 daysfor all components.

TO QUALIFY FOR THISWARRANTY:

The productmustbe purchasedinthe United States,Canadaor Mexicofrom a retailstore authorizedby GXiOutdoorPowerEquipment L LC to sell the product.This

warranty appliesto first retail purchaser / ownerduringthe applicablewarrantytime period.A proofof purchasereceiptshowingdateof purchaseandauthorizedretail

storeanda valid productserial numberarerequiredto demonstratewarranty eligibility.

WHATGXIPARTS AND SERVICE L LC WILLREPAIR ORREPLACE UNDER WARRANTY:

GXIPARTS AND SERVICE L LC will repairor replace,at its option, anypart that is provento be defectivein materialor workmanshipundernormaluseduringthe

applicablewarrantytime periodsubjectto the exclusionsstatedherein. This warrantyis void if the ownerfails to follow the prescribedmaintenance andoperating

procedures described in this manual. Onlyfailures where an identifiablemanufacturing defect canbe identifiedwill becoveredunderthe termsof this warranty.

GXIPARTS AND SERVICE L LC hasthe right to recover warranty administrationcostsfrom the owner if the root causeof the malfunctionwasfound to be otherthan

defectivematerialor workmanship.Anything replacedunderwarrantybecomesthe propertyof GXIPARTS AND SERVICE L LC. Partsreplacedunderwarrantywill be

considered as part of the originalproductandany warrantyon thosepartswill expirecoincidentwith the originalproductwarranty.

TO OBTAIN WARRANTY SERVICE:

ContactGXIPARTS AND SERVICE L LC to obtainwarrantyreturn authorization anddirectionsasto whereto sendyourproductfor evaluation.Have yourproofof

purchaseandthe productserial numberavailable when youcall. Two optionsfor warranty serviceareavailable:

EasyReturnService- ContactGXIPARTS AND SERVICE L LC for a pre-paidreturnshippinglabel andinstructionsto shipthe productto our repairfacility. If

there is a manufacturing defect identified,the productwill be repairedandreturnedto the customerfree of all charges.In the eventthere is a non-warranted

repairrequired,GXIPARTS ANDSERVICE LLC will notify the customerof the repairandreturnshippingcostsprior to proceeding with repairs.If paymentis

not receivedwithin 60 daysthe productwill be disposedof.

Advance ExchangeService - ContactGXIPARTS AND SERVICE L LC andprovidea valid creditcard,a $75pre-authorization will be madeagainstyour

card.GXIPARTS AND SERVICE L LC will ship a replacement u nit completewith accessories to you with a pre-paidreturnshippinglabeland instructionsto

shipthe faulty productandcompleteset of accessories to ourrepairfacility. If there is a manufacturing defect,the pre-authorized chargeswill be cancelled.

Inthe eventthereis a nonwarrantedrepairrequiredor accessories are missing,GXIPARTS AND SERVICE L LC will chargethe customer'scardfor the repairs

andthe missingaccessories.

If you arenot satisfiedwith warrantyservice,contactGXiPARTS AND SERVICE L LC.If you areunableto resolveproblemsandrequirefurther assistance, w rite to GXI

PARTS AND SERVICE L LCCustomer Service.

EXCLUSIONS:
