b. Lighting pilot.
c. Leaks in pipes or fittings.

Through twelve(12) yearsfrom the dam of purchase,if aleak occursin the tank, Searswill furnish,free of charge,a newcurrent model
waterheater of closestavailable c apacityand quality.If purchaserdoesnot qualifyfor freeinstallationasprovided in the One YearLimited
Labor Warrantybelow,there will be admrgeforinstallation.
If the replaceanent waterheater ofclosestavailablecapacityand qualitydoesnor meetcurrent applicable g overnment s tandards,thesewill be
a chargefor the difference i n price betweenthe replacement which doesnot meetgovernment s tandardsand one which doesmeetgovern-
meritstandards
If the waterheater is subjectedm commercial,institutional,or industrial u seor usein residences o f two familiesormore,the abovewarranty
coveragefor tanks that leak iseffectivefor twoyearsfrom the dateof purchaseand the LimitedWarrantyOn Parts belowis effectivefor one
yearfrom the date of purchase.

In additionto any warranty extendedto you on the Searsmerchandise
involved,whichwarranty becomeseffectivethe datethe merchandise is
installed should the workmanship of any Sears arranged installation
prove faulty within one year, Searswill, upon notice from you, cause
such faultsto be correctedat no additional cost to you. If you want this
heater professionally installed by Searscontact your Sears Salesperson.
Theywill arrangefor prompt, quality installation.
Sears Installation Policy
All installation labor arranged by Sears shall be performed in a neat,
workmanlike m annerin accordancewith generally acceptedtrade prac-
tices. Further, all installations shall complywith all local laws,codes
regulations a nd ordinances. The customer shall also be protected, dur-
ing installation, by insurance relatingto property damage,Workers
Compensationand PublicLiability.
