Reset this device
 In the event that the device freezes, you can force the device to shut down by
holding the Power button for 15 seconds.
 If the Power button does not reset your device, use the " pinhole reset"button,
located on the back the device.
The touchscreen doesn' t respond
If the touchscreen are dirty or greased up, please clean it with a soft cloth.
This can affect the touch function. Make sure to use a cloth that won' t
scratch the touchscreen.
The unit keeps on freezing, or failing in other ways
If the unit keeps on freezing, or in otherways making problems, you can always
reset to factory default.
First, connect it to a pc, and enable USB storage. Then you can take a backup
of your photos and music etc. Then go to settings, and choose factory default.
It will warn you that everything will be deleted. Say yes, and wait for it to start
upinfirsttimeinstallation.Factorydefaultwillfixalmostallsoftwareorhardware
related problems, so if everything else doesn' t work, please try this.
No internet connection
Please check your wifi connection. Sometimes the connection can be lost. It
can also be a problem from internet provider.
Please try turning wifi off on your tablet, and turn it back on. If this doesn' t work,
then please try to turn on/off your wifi router.
Problem with an app
Please notice, we don' t offer support for apps, various appstores etc. for
problems with apps, please look at the app providers homepage. Same goes
for appstores etc.
No Android market access
Please notice. Due to licence rules for android mobile units, this tablet cannot
access Android market. So please use the internet for finding APK files instead
like described here.
