etary laser printers, there is an important opportu-
nity to reduce costs and improve document work-
flows by using the latest generation of printers. And
it is even better if you can take advantage of non-
proprietary hardware and software without the
cumbersome adaptation of your host-based appli-
cations. PlanetPress Suite can do more than help
you replace old or inflexible printers. It can auto-
mate your printing workflow, by distributing and
"personalising" documents to match your busi-
ness rules and needs. For example by printing an
invoice with a personalised cover letter on the clus-
tered printers in the data centre, with copies sent
to the printer in accounting as well as a copy
archived in your third-party ERP or CRM applica-
tion, and an advance, electronic copy automatical-
ly e-mailed or faxed to your customer.
