A flag indicates if the file upload settings of
the LAN Docking Station are taken from
the Digital Pocket Memo or from the LAN
Docking Station itself in the USE DPM
UPLOAD SETTINGS column.
A flag indicates if all files (or EOL dictation
files only) get uploaded to the FTP/SFTP
server by the LAN Docking Station in the
UPLOAD ALL column. For this setting to take
effect, the LAN Docking Station has to be in
charge of the file upload settings!
A flag indicates wheter the dictation files will
be deleted from the Digital Pocket Memo
after they were uploaded to the FTP/SFTP
server by the LAN Docking Station in the
DELETE UPLOADED column. For this setting to
take effect, the LAN Docking Station has to
be in charge of the file upload settings!

Enter your changes directly in the fields of

the Administration Tool's main pane.

Stations after confirmation by clicking the

Upgrading the firmware of LAN
Docking Stations
Download the latest firmware (.bce file)

from www.philips.com/dictation
Save the .bcd file to to a network location

that the LAN Docking Station can access.
This can be an FTP server or an HTTP Web
server.
Click on the

FIRMWARE UPGRADE
the symbol bar of the Administration Tool
Select the type of server (FTP, SFTP, HTTP)

Enter the domain name or IP address of the

server hosting the firmware file into the
