Open the oven door by pushing the large button in the button right-hand
corner of the control panel.

Place the frozen food in the oven and close the door.

Turn the COOKING POWER CONTROL knob to defrost symbol.

Turn the TIMER knob to select the appropriate time.
Result: Defrosting begins.

Instant Reheat Guide

Place the food in the oven and close the door.

Turn the COOKING POWER CONTROL knob to Max Power.

Turn the TIMER knob to select instant cook,(drinks, soup/sauce and fresh
vegetables).
Refer to the table below about instant reheat.
