1 From your Home screen, drag
2 Find and tap Backup and restore.
3 Tap Restore.
4 Tap the backup file you want to restore from.
5 Mark the checkboxes for the content you want to restore, then tap Continue.
You may be asked to restart your phone for the restore procedure to take effect.
To delete a backup file from the memory card
1 From your Home screen, drag
2 Find and tap Backup and restore.
3 Tap Back up.
4 Touch and hold the backup file you want to delete, then tap Delete.
