If you have a problem with your new MP3 player, check for a solution in
this list. If the problem persists, contact your local Samsung Customer
Service Centre.
PROBLEM
Power will not turn on.
Buttons do not work.
The screen will not
turn on.
Power is turning off.
SOLUTION
• Power will not turn on if the battery is completely
drained. Recharge the battery and turn the power
on again.
• Press the Reset hole.
• Check if the Hold function is set to lock all button
operations.
• Ensure that you press the right button before trying.
• Press the Reset hole.
• The screen may not be visible under direct sunlight.
• When <Display Off Time> is selected from
<Display>, the screen will be turned
<Settings>
off. Press any button and see if it turns on.
• The power is automatically turned off when the
battery is completely drained. Recharge the battery.
• If <Auto Power Off> is selected from <Settings>
<System>, the Power will be turned off when the
player is in Pause mode. Turn on the Player.
