Functions That Cannot Be Used Simultaneously

Some functions cannot be used with other menu options.
Restricted function
Flash mode
Self-timer
Macro mode
Image mode
White balance
Continuous
ISO sensitivity
Setting
When Continuous, BSS, or Multi-shot 6 is
Continuous (A63)
selected, flash is disabled.
Blink proof (A64)
When Blink proof is set to On, the flash is disabled.
AF area mode
When Subject tracking is selected, self-timer is

disabled.
When Smile timer is set to On, the self-timer is
Smile timer (A64)
disabled.
AF area mode
When Subject tracking is selected, macro mode is
(A63)
disabled.
When Multi-shot 6 is selected, the Image mode
Continuous (A63)
setting is fixed at L (image size: 2560 × 1920 pixels).
When 3200 is selected, the image mode setting of
only r 2272× 704, q 600× 200, or
O 640×480 can be selected. If any image mode
ISO sensitivity
setting other than above is selected, the image
(A63)
mode setting is automatically changed to
r 2272× 704 when ISO sensitivity is set to
3200.
Color options
When Black-and-white, Sepia, or Cyanotype is

selected, the White balance setting is fixed at Auto.
When using the self-timer, the continuous setting is
Self-timer (A55)
fixed to Single.
When Multi-shot 6 is selected, the ISO sensitivity
Continuous (A63)
setting is automatically specified according to the
brightness.
