What to do if ...
– Switch the appliance off and on again.
– Select dishwashing cycle.
– Press the OK/START button.
If the fault is displayed again, please contact the Service Force Centre and in
form them of the fault message.
Malfunction
1 short warning tone,
continuously repeated, can
be heard,
in the display: OPEN THE
TAP
2 short warning tones,
continuously repeated, can
be heard,
in the display: DRAIN
BLOCKED
(There is water in the dish
washer's internal dispenser)
3 short warning tones,
continuously repeated, can
be heard,
in the display: SERVICE
CODE
1 long warning tone can
be heard,
in the display: SPRAYARM
BLOCKED
In the display: PLEASE
CLOSE DOOR
Possible cause
Water tap is blocked with
limescale or faulty.
The tap is turned off.
The filter (where present) in the
threaded hose fitting on the tap
is blocked.
Filters in the base of the wash
ing compartment are blocked.
Water inlet hose
has not been correctly posi
tioned.
The sink spigot connection is
blocked.
Water drain hose
has not been correctly posi
tioned.
The anti flood system has been
triggered.
The top basket spray arm can
not rotate.
The door of the dishwasher is
open.
Remedy
Check the water tap and have it
repaired if necessary.
Turn the tap on.
Clean the filter in the threaded
hose fitting.
Cancel the dishwashing cycle
(see section: Starting a dish
washing cycle);
clean filters (see section: Clean
ing the filters).
Check the position of the hose.
Clean the sink spigot outlet.
Check the position of the hose.
First shut off the water tap, then
switch off the appliance and
contact your local Service Force
Centre.
Open the door carefully .
Hot steam may escape when the
door is opened. There is a risk of
scalding. Arrange the dishes and
cutlery in the baskets so that the
spray arm above can rotate free
ly. Close the dishwasher door.
Close the dishwasher door.
