Do not lean on seat backrest whilst
adjusting it.

Operate lever on outboard side
of seat
Lever pumping action
upward: seat higher
downward: seat lower

Pull inner lever on front of seat,
adjust inclination,
release lever,
engage seat in position
Adjust the inclination by distributing body
weight.
