Adding an iOS Interface in Accelerator
In order for the iOS application to work with a Total Control system, it must be added to a room, or rooms,
within URC Accelerator. To use an iPad app, the iPad device must be added, while to use an iPhone or iPod
Touch, the iPhone device must be added.
Proceed to Step #3 within URC Accelerator (Add URC Devices) and add the iOS device(s) required for this
project. Adding these devices is exactly the same as adding other URC devices, just use one of the three
different methods described in the URC Accelerator Programming Reference Manual (drag-and-drop, double-
click or the Add to Room button).
Although it is only necessary to add a single iPad or iPhone device to any project, if you plan on limiting the
use of the Rooms Module (see below) it may be relevant to add multiple interfaces to different rooms.
