Jumper OFF – open (without jumper cover)
Jumper ON – closed (with jumper cover)
CMOS Reset (J21)

You can reset the CMOS settings in case an incorrect setting causes system
instability or you have forgotten your system/setup password or have just
flashed your BIOS by using these jumpers.
