Overview Of Your Handset
1 LEFT SOFT KEY
(Key function shown at bottom left of display.)
In idle mode: Press to access the main menu.
In sub-menu mode: Press to select the option .
During a call: Press to mute/unmute the microphone.
During call screening: Press to intercept a call.
2 LEFT
In editing/predialling mode: Press to move the cursor one character to
the left.
3 Talk on
Press to make or answer a call.
4 SPACE
In editing/pre-dial mode: Press and hold to insert a diallingpause.
During phonebook name entry: Press to insert a space.

In idle mode: press and hold to lock/unlock the keypad.
6 Speakerphone
Press to turn on/off the speakerphone.
In Call List/phonebook/redial list : press to make a call to the selected
entry with speakerphone.
7 INTERCOM
(Multi - handset only)
Press for intercom / transfer. Press and hold for conference.
8 UP
In menu or list mode: Press to scroll up the menu list.
During a call: Press to increase the volume.
9 RIGHT SOFT KEY
(Key function shown at bottom right of display.)
In idle mode: Press to access the phonebook.
In sub-menu mode: Press to go back to previous level.
In editing / predialling mode: Press to clear a character / digit or press and hold to delete all the
characters / digits.
10 RIGHT/CALL LIST
In Idle: Press to access the call list.
In predialling / editing mode:Press to move the cursor one character to the right.
11 TALK OFF
During a call: Press to end a call.
In menu / editing mode: Press to go back to idle screen.
In Idle: Press and hold to power on/off the handset.
12 DOWN / REDIAL LIST
In idle mode: Press to access the redial list.
In menu or list mode: Press to scroll down the menu list.
During a call: Press to decrease the volume.

In idle mode: press and hold to turn on/off the handset ringer.
During phonebook name entry/editing, press and hold to switch between upper and lower case.
14 Flash KEY
Sends a recall (R) signal, used for some PBX / Calling Features.
