Training
We believe nothing compares to hands on
training, so we always use live appliances to
show how each product operates and its
capabilities. And as well as Baxi products,
our courses also cover generic combi boiler
training, ACS and electronics. Most of these
courses last a single day.

The Baxi trade technical helpline offers a range of free services
to Baxi installers:
• In-warranty support
• Help with installation problems
• Boiler selection advice
• Fault-finding assistance
• Flue queries
To enable national coverage, there are currently three centres of
training excellence at Dartford, Warrington and Warwick,
supported by energy efficiency courses at satellite centres across
the UK. Arrangements can also be made for our trainers to hold
courses at more suitable locations if necessary.
