Replacement Instructions
1. Ensure the area is safe for maintenance to be performed in accordance with area
requirements and local regulations.
2. Remove power from the GDX-350 transmitter.
3. Loosen, unscrew, and remove the sensor head cap using the sensor replacement tool (P/N:
5600-0002) as shown below.

4. Remove the old sensor assembly (sensor and printed circuit board), noting the position of
the notch found on the PCB header.
5. Install the new replacement sensor module.
IMPORTANT: Be sure to orient the PCB header notch so that it engages into its
socket.
6. Replace the sensor cap securely onto the sensor head using the sensor replacement tool.
