Problem
Backup function cannot work anymore.
I have problem installing WADM or after
installation, I cannot launch WADM
Upgrading Station wirelessly failed.
15.Troubleshooting
Solution
✔ This is because the previously backed up file
was deleted in Windows explorer. Never delete
the file this way. If you want to delete the back
up file, please use WADM to manage.
If the backup file is accidently deleted, please
find out the file named YOURMAC.inx by using
your Explorer's search tool and then delete it.
Only after that you can do backup again.
✔ Please make sure your Operating System is
either Windows 2000 with service pack 4 and
above, or Windows XP.
✔ Please check if your PC has virus.
✔ Please make sure your PC has Microsoft
Windows Media Player installed.
✔ Upgrade the Station via ethernet cable
following steps below:
1. Connect the Station to your PC via the
supplied ethernet cable and power on the
Station.
2. Download the firmware upgrade file
specified for station.
3. Launch WADM and click Firmware upgrade.
4. Follow the on-screen information to
complete the rest steps.
