The VitalQIP Appliance Manager (AM) solution helps service providers and enterprise efficiently
configure, automate, integrate and administer IP services across an entire network, locally and
globally. The appliance solution enables a single point of software upgrade and monitoring
management across geographically distributed appliances including monitoring of remote server
software.
VitalQIP Appliance Management Module (AMM) – Preloaded Intel based machine running
DNS and DHCP services.
VitalQIP Enterprise Server Module (ESM) – Preloaded Intel based machine with Sybase
database and Enterprise Server software.
VitalQIP Appliance Management Software (AMS) – AMS is accessed through the web based
UI to manage all of the appliances.
Service Packages – Alcatel-Lucent provides the following service packages that permit the
same time delivery of service fixes/patches between VitalQIP and AMS. The packages
include:
