Groups: List the numbers to be called
A group contains the list of phone numbers where your recorded
message will be delivered. You may specify a group of phone
numbers in any of the following three ways:
Drag and drop phone numbers into a group

At the bottom of the screen, under
Create a Group
.

Enter a name for the group.

Open the file that contains the phone numbers that you want to
drag and drop. Select the text that contains the phone numbers.

Drag the text from your file window to the group window, and
Phone Numbers
drop it on the

Phone numbers will be extracted from the text that you
dropped in.

Enter phone numbers manually

At the bottom of the screen, under
Create a Group

At the top of the screen that appears, enter a name for the
group.

Enter a phone number, and if you wish, enter a name for the
phone number.

See the results of your broadcast
Log files contain details of phone numbers dialed, messages
delivered, and the delivery status for each individual call. Logs are
available immediately after the last call of a particular broadcast
ends.
To view the results of your broadcast

If there are tabs at the top of your screen, click on the
Broadcast tab.

In the window that opens, click on the date and time of the
broadcast that you are interested.

The log contains the following:
• Start time of each dialed call.
• Duration of call.
• Group name.
• Phone number dialed.
• Recording played to that call.

After you have finished entering phone numbers, click
close the window.

Upload a file of phone numbers
The file must have the following format:
• The file must be text-only.
• Each line in the file represents a single message recipient.
Lines must be separated with a hard line feed (that is,
<enter>).
• Country codes must be preceded by a plus sign ("+").
• You may use special characters to specify alternate phone
numbers and pauses.

At the top of the screen that appears, enter a name for the
group.

Use the button to select a text file containing the
phone numbers.

The phone numbers from the text file will appear in the
Phone Numbers
field.
