Working with recordings
Make a recording

If there are tabs at the top of your screen, click on the
Broadcast tab.

At the bottom of the screen, under I want to..., click
Recording
.

In the dialog box that appears, enter a name for the recording
and verify that your phone number is correct. Then click
Me Now
.

Your phone will ring. When you answer it, you will be
prompted to record your message.

When you have finished recording, press the pound key (#) on
your telephone keypad. (If you hang up without pressing the
pound key, your recording may include the sound of you
hanging up the phone.)

After you press the pound (#) key, you may listen to the
recording or re-record it:
•
To listen to the recording, press 1 on your telephone
keypad.
•
To re-record, press 2 on your telephone keypad.

Scheduling and managing broadcasts
Schedule a broadcast

If there are tabs at the top of your screen, click on the
Broadcast tab.

At the bottom of the screen, under
Schedule
.

Enter a name for the broadcast and click

Specify the time and manner of delivery:
•
Specify a start and end time for the broadcast.

Choose whether you want the message to be delivered to only
a live person, or whether it is OK to play the message into a
voice mailbox.

Select one or more groups that should receive the message,

then click
.

Select the recorded message that should be played, then click
Next>.

To play the recording on your computer, click

the phone number and entering the access code shown at
the bottom of the screen.
