The 80303 processor: 100MHz, RISC 64-bit core
The 80303 IOP supports up to 512 Mbytes of 64-bit 100
MHz ECC SDRAM operating at 66 MHz. It is backward
compatible to support 64, 128, and 256 Mbit SDRAM
technologies. Note: The GDT8500RZ is limited to 32MB
of embedded memory.
