IMPORTANT SAFEGUARDS AND WARNINGS

Since this is a specialized unit, some WARNINGS must be taken care of, before its installation or
use.
1. The installation of the Universal Controller should be done by qualified service personnel, to
avoid local addressing conflicts.
2. This unit was not designed for outdoor use, and therefore must not be exposed to moisture,
rain or the kind.
3. The JK-UC1 should not be opened, and by doing it any warranty is voided.
Please thoroughly familiarize yourself with the information in this manual prior to installation and
operation of the JK-UC1 or any other accessory of the system.
