THERMOSTAT :
You can adjust the temperature from 100°C to 250°C.
You can modify temperature at any cooking time.
Temperature
Very soft 100° à 110°
Soft 110°- 150°
Medium 150°- 200°
Hot 220°
Very hot 250°
OPERATING INDICATOR LIGHT :
Operating indicator light lights on once timer is on. Oven starts cooking.
COOKING MODE KNOB :
ARRÊT : Off
Rotisserie: in order to roast your meats. Place the tray on the lower
position to collect cooking juice.
Grill : in order to grill your meals. Put the wire rack at the upper
position.
Fan heating: hot is projected in the whole surface of the oven by the
fan in order to cook homogeneously all your meals or in order to
cook two different meals without flavour mixing.
Rotisserie + fan heating: To both roast and cook homogeneously
meats while keeping their tenderness.
TIMER KNOB
You can adjust the cooking time from 0 to 120 min.
When you turn timer knob, operating light indicator lights on and oven starts
cooking. When time goes out, oven stops cooking automatically.
If you want to stop cooking at any time, turn timer knob to 0.
