with the latest safety regulations.

Before using for the first time, leave the hot plates switched on for 5 minutes in order to remove the
protective layer. This may lead to the development of small quantities of smoke. Ensure sufficient
ventilation.
- Only use saucepans with a flat bottom in order to make optimum use of the energy.
- The saucepan should never be smaller than the hot plate. In extreme cases the hot plate may
deform.
- Set the temperature control according to what you intend to do :
- Level 0 : off
- Level 1 : Heating up
- Level 2 : Keeping warm/continued cooking
- Level 3 : Continued cooking
- Level 4 : frying
- Level 5 : parboiling/gentle roasting
- Level 6 : roasting/rapid heating
- To switch off the appliance, set all switches on "0".
- Unplug after use.
